Brandon Croft leads the chip counts in Atlantic City
Chip lead on day 3 of the WSOP Main Event in Atlantic City is now held by Brandon Croft, who will enter the final table as he eliminated the last female player and he will be one of the nine contestants competing for the main prize which amounts to $117,797. In total, 36 players will be rewarded with cash. Just before the tournament’s closing stage, Josh Brikis, Matt Glantz and Joanne Doris – the last woman still at the table – were eliminated. Owning the biggest stack, it won’t be problem for Croft to buy in for $1,650 to the no limit hold’em. 352 players came to Harrah’s Resort on the first day of the event. The winner will also take a diamond studded golden ring and get a seat in the one-millon-dollar WSOP national freeroll at Caesars Palace, L.A., in May.
